Releasing Trauma with Energy Psychology Techniques

Many of us have trauma in our backgrounds. Sometimes it is the capital T Trauma, such as rape, abuse, or family member’s death. Oftentimes it is the lower case t trauma — feeling humiliated, ashamed, guilty, or embarrassed. In either case, energy psychology techniques (EFT, RITT, etc.) can release the old trauma (and PTSD), and now there are studies to show its efficacy.
Here is what Dr. Hyla Cass had to say in the Huffington Post: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/hyla-cass-md/energy-psychology_b_1328995.html
She ends the article saying, “It is possible that energy psychology is following the path described by William James a century ago: ‘A new idea is first condemned as ridiculous and then dismissed as trivial, until finally it becomes what everybody knows.’”
